The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product and we will gladly exchange or refund the item, and cover the return shipping costs.
